Art Treasure Hunt

The Ashland Gallery Association presents February fun for hunter-gatherers in the Art Treasure Hunt! Experience the thrill of the hunt, and there are prizes too!

Open to art lovers of all kinds, so put on your hunting cap!

Use tiny picture clues to hunt for Art Treasures in each participating gallery. Track down the wily oil painting. Stalk the timid watercolor. Outfox the elusive etching. Then capture each gallery's seal of approval after you have identified your quarry within their territory.

The First Prize winner will carry home the art treasure of their choice, using a $100 gift certificate, good in any of the participating galleries.

Second Prize is two tickets to A Taste of Ashland, where the hunting is exciting and the gathering is delicious, on the last weekend of April.

Every player to complete a Treasure Map will receive a vintage "A Taste of Ashland"poster of their choice when they turn it in (subject to availability). All Treasure Maps turned in completed to Houston’s Custom Framing and Fine Art by February 25 will enter a drawing for first and second prizes.

This contest romp will be open from First Friday, February 3, to the last Saturday, February 25. Pay close attention to the hours in each hunting preserve. Some are closed part of the month, to increase the allure.
