HANSON HOWARD GALLERY

HANSON HOWARD GALLERY is proud to present the premier showing of Steven Dewey Guitars. Several of our gallery artists have produced work that involves musicians which will be exhibited concurrently with the guitars. Steven, a building contractor by profession has been developing his skills as a guitar maker for the past four years. For him, it starts with milling and drying the wood, designing the shape with a little help from his designing wife, Judy Howard, and following age old luthier traditions combined with wild ideas of his own. The result is a work of art with a voice of it's own.

Guitars on display include steelstring, classical, ukelele, arch top, stratocaster and a first guitar made by apprentice Isabella Thorndike
