Gallery DeForest

Nestled in Ashland’s historic Railroad District, this gallery and working studio features the work of East and West Coast artists as well as the work of the gallery's founder, Cathy DeForest. Gallery DeForest exhibits printmaking, photography, painting, artist books and lanterns. Cathy’s work is inspired by ancient wisdom and modern culture and is part of several collections including: The Honourable Thabo Mbeki, President of the Republic of South Africa, The Florean Museum of Romania, The California Palace of Legion of Honor, The Oakland Museum and Yale University. Cathy is delighted to be part Ashland’s vibrant, artistic community and to demonstrate her antique printing presses for the community. Gallery DeForest: illuminating artistry.
