On Friday, April 23rd beginning at 7:00p.m., is the Taste Gala at the new Ashland Art Center, 357 East Main Street. The Gala features our 5th Annual Artists’ Quick Draw and Auction. You’ll watch as talented artists create masterpieces before your eyes in only one hour. The pieces will be sold via a silent auction that will begin at the Gala and continue throughout the weekend at the Ashland Art Center. The Gala will also feature desserts, coffee, tea and wines from regional restaurants and wineries plus musical entertainment.

New this year will be our Taste of Ashland Raffle. The same restaurants and wineries have generously offered gift certificates to our Raffle so that you can win the opportunity to do more than just taste their fine products. Taste of Ashland Raffle tickets will be available beginning at the Gala and throughout the weekend.
Ticket prices are: $5 each or 3 for $10. Raffle winners will be notified after Taste weekend. A portion of the proceeds from the Taste Raffle will go to the
Ashland Emergency Food Bank. The 2010 A Taste of Ashland will be a no-waste event. As always, we will be providing reusable, collectible wine glasses to Taste ticket holders. Tasters will be encouraged to leave your glass at the last gallery you visit for use next year.
